Did my first MMA class here in Feb 2025 and was instantly captivated by how fun I found grappling. This was all thanks to how patient and friendly Coach Jude was. It was my first encounter with martial arts and he gave us beginners such a good experience.
As a female, I was initially uncomfortable with the idea of being in such close contact with males. But once I tried it, I realised I was all focused on the techniques and submissions when sparring. Also, everyone I’ve met has been nothing but polite and respectful. I’ve never felt uncomfortable when practising drills or sparring.
I have since signed up for the annual membership and been training frequently. There were days I trained 3x because that’s just how fun BJJ is. I also have a new life goal now which is to get a black belt in BJJ and am planning to send both my kids here once they are old enough. So for anyone who is considering Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, I highly recommend that you try it out as they offer 2 free trials per person. You may fall in love with it just like I did.

Skills and social emotional learning are infused in the session. They also always end off the session with games. This a great platform for children to learn self defence and boundaries.

Coach Amin and his team give full attention to the kids class on their physical and mental development with jiujutsu lessons and games. Highly recommend, especially to keep kids away from screen time, be active and social with other kids.
